Accordingly, the export value of agricultural, forestry and fishery products in the first eight months of the country was more than US$6.3 billion, up 94.6% over the same period last year.

Generally, in 8 months, the export of main agricultural products reached nearly 15 billion USD, up 7.4%; main forest products are more than 11.8 billion USD, up 6.2%; seafood over 7.5 billion USD, up 35.3%… There are 7 products and product groups with export value of over 2 billion USD including coffee, rubber, rice, vegetables, cashew, shrimp, products wood products.
Many items have higher export value than the same period last year, such as coffee; rubber; rice; pepper; cassava and cassava products; catfish; shrimp; wood and wood products.
After 8 months, Vietnam's export markets are still mainly in Asia, accounting for 43.1% market share; Americas 28.9%; Europe 11.8%; Oceania 1.7% and Africa 1.6%. The US continues to be Vietnam's largest export market, reaching nearly 9.6 billion USD, accounting for 26.4% of the market share; followed by the Chinese, Japanese, and Korean markets...
